Terms & Policies :

• Being in accordance with standard industry practice our cancellation policy is 50% on or within 14 days of the arrival date.
• Please note that we do require a 50% deposit prior to being able to guarantee any booking. The outstanding balance is thereafter payable upon arrival.
• We require a Breakage Deposit of R350 per unit, which we refund in cash to you on the day of departure after inspection of the unit.

• Check in time from 14h00 – Please inform Kairos Home in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Check out time at 10h00 – Later ckeck out times can be arranged with owner approval.
